Release time policy for staff and student worker vaccinations
In support of the guidance issued earlier this week, UWHR has published a policy providing release time to staff and student workers when vaccine appointments occur during work hours.
The University strongly encourages UW employees and students to get vaccinated when they become eligible. What’s next? You can expect an increased level of communication from UWHR this spring as we begin to sunset some pandemic-related policies and guidance and produce new guidance and tools to support managers and employees planning for the return to the workplace.
