New & affordable housing near UW campus

Brand new studio and 1-bedroom apartment homes are still available near campus at Mercy Magnuson Place – South.  Mercy Magnuson Place began opening in May 2019 and will include 148 brand new, energy-efficient, affordable apartments, a six-classroom early learning center, primary care health clinic, resident services classroom and large community room. Resident services opportunities will include Out-of-School Time programs, financial well-being workshops, health & wellness classes, and community events.

108 of the apartments at Mercy Magnuson Place are reserved for households earning no more than 60 percent of area of median income ($66,420 for a family of four).
