Four Administrative Policy Statements receive updates

The Rules Coordination Office has made updates to four Administrative Policy Statements in order to reflect changes in state law and/or to correct inconsistent language. The following revised polices were approved by President Cauce on June 14, 2018.

  

1)      Administrative Policy Statement 43.15, “Time Off for Classified Non-Union Staff”

2)      Administrative Policy Statement 45.2, “Time Off Use and Compensation for Classified and Professional Staff During Suspended Operations and During Inclement Weather”

3)      Administrative Policy Statement 46.5, “Reasonable Accommodation of Employees with Disabilities”

4)      Administrative Policy Statement 46.7, “Reasonable Accommodation of Pregnant Employees”
