Child care at Harborview

The University of Washington Children’s Center at Harborview provides priority child care to medical center faculty and staff. It offers year-round care to infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.

Wait pool

The Harborview Children’s Center is fully enrolled. As soon as possible, submit an application to add your name to the children’s center wait pool. There is a $25 wait pool fee per family.

Enrollment priority, eligibility and cost

The children of Harborview Medical Center and School of Medicine  eligible faculty and staff have enrollment priority at the Children’s Center.  The Center also serves all eligible faculty, staff and students at the UW. Eligible students must be enrolled and attending appropriately for their degree. Eligible faculty/staff are employed at least 50% and hold a UW appointment.
