About OWLS and Login

The UW Online Work/Leave System (OWLS) is a computerized, post-entry review tracking system used throughout the University as the official record of leave-bearing employees’ hours worked and leave time earned and used.

Access and revocation requests

Many department administrators are authorized to grant or revoke OWLS timekeeper and administrator access for their unit(s). However, if they are not authorized to update access, he/she should request OWLS system access by completing the appropriate forms on these pages.
