OWLS

The UW Online Work/Leave System (OWLS) was the official record of leave-bearing employees’ hours worked and leave time earned and used prior to Workday implementation. Time keepers are able to see a read-only version of employee records.

Various codes are used for work and leave entry in OWLS. The table below lists work and leave types, the corresponding code that OWLS uses for the entry, and the supporting documents required for each work and leave type.
